Frequently asked

I bought Right on Time Pro but ads are still showing

Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple or Google account you used for the purchase, then restart the app. On iOS you can also use Restore purchases in the app's settings. If the entitlement still does not appear, send us the purchase confirmation from Apple or Google and we will look into it.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are processed by the platform, so refunds go through the platform:
Apple — reportaproblem.apple.com
Google Play — support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637

How do I change my advertising consent?

Open the app, go to Settings → PRIVACY OPTIONS. The Google consent dialog opens and you can grant or withdraw consent for personalised advertising at any time. You can additionally reset your advertising ID under Android Settings → Google → Ads or iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Where is my game data stored? How do I delete it?

All scores, timing statistics, streaks and settings are stored locally on your device — there is no account and nothing is uploaded to us, so there is nothing for us to delete. To erase everything: delete the app. On Android you can also clear it without uninstalling via System settings → Apps → Right on Time → Storage → Clear data. Your Right on Time Pro purchase is tied to your store account and survives a reinstall.

I lost my high scores after switching phones

Progress is device-local by design and does not sync between devices. Android device-to-device transfers may carry the data across if app backup is enabled; iOS restores it if you restore from an iCloud or encrypted local backup that included the app. Timing statistics keep the 120 most recent sessions — older ones are dropped automatically.

Why does the ad appear at different times?

Interstitials are paced on-device: the first completed session on a local calendar day may show one, after that a number of further rounds is required. Right on Time Pro removes them entirely.

The timing feels off

Measurements use hardware timestamps, but display latency, power-saving modes, screen recording and connected Bluetooth audio can all add delay. Close background recording, disable battery saver and prefer the device speaker for the most consistent results.
